The purpose of the special meeting is to approve Resolution 2026-002, A SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARBONDALE AND RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT EXTENDING THE FINAL MATURITY PARAMETER FOR THE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AUTHORIZED BY DISTRICT RESOLUTION NO. 2025-016.
